Christopher W. McMullin, Esquire
Christopher W. McMullin is a partner at HoeyLegal located in Paoli, PA. Chris is a native of Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Spanish. Chris then attended Temple University Beasley School of Law where he took the nationally renowned Trial Advocacy program and received his J.D. in 2012. Chris is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During the first decade of his career, Chris worked in the Philadelphia office of a Mid-Atlantic insurance defense firm, where he represented individuals, small businesses, and large institutional clients in all aspects of civil and complex litigation. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled a wide range of civil and criminal cases from their inception through trial. Chris has arbitrated hundreds of cases in numerous counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in private arbitrations. As a result of his expansive insurance defense career, Chris has an acute understanding of how insurance companies evaluate personal injury cases and the key elements required to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.
Chris’s practice areas include wrongful death claims, premises liability/slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents, trucking and school bus accident, construction accidents, crime victims and sexual abuse, and medical malpractice.
While at Temple, he participated in clinical programs with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Camden County Office of the Public Defender. Chris also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas working on a wide array of complex civil matters. While at Temple, Chris was named a Fellow in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.
