Federal Jury Acquits Philadelphia Man of Selling Cocaine

In a split verdict, a Federal jury acquitted Muahdihn Cousin-Bey of delivering cocaine to a man who was later arrested and found to possess cocaine following what appeared to be a hand transaction involving Cousin-Bey. Although Mr. Cousin-Bey was found guilty of possessing a firearm, his sentence was considerably diminished as a result of the acquittal on the drug count.
